By inviting Division to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Division.

Division is a Discord security bot designed to protect servers from malicious activities including but not limited to: server nuking, raid attacks, unauthorized webhook creation, and mass user actions.

The bot provides automated security features, logging capabilities, and administrative tools to help server owners maintain a safe environment.

You agree to use Division only for legitimate server security purposes. You may not:

• Use Division to harass, abuse, or harm other users or servers

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with Division's security features

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

• Use Division in any way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for malicious purposes

Division collects and processes certain data to provide security services, including:

• Server IDs, channel IDs, and user IDs

• Moderation actions and security events

• Configuration settings and preferences

• Command usage and interaction data

All data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Division is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide reliable security services, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% prevention of all malicious activities

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

• Complete accuracy of threat detection

You acknowledge that Division is a tool to assist with server security, and ultimate responsibility for server safety remains with server administrators.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or security breaches that may occur despite using Division.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Division at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service

• Violates Discord's Terms of Service

• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties

• Is otherwise inappropriate or unlawful

You may stop using Division at any time by removing the bot from your server.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Division or any features at any time without prior notice.

We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the service without liability.
